Your task is to work in pairs to create a travel brochure in the target language which will encourage people to visit your country.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Name of your country or desired destination
• Basic map showing location (Map will also include major cities and capital)
• Major points of interest
• Activities that would interest tourists
• Climate
• At least one food native to the country
• Flag of the country
• Works Cited using Citation Machine
• Save images as .jpegs in the specific folder and label the image properly
• Insert the image into Publisher
• Save brochure under Student Work Folder ® Mrs. Gettler ® Language (French or Spanish) ® Period ® Country ® student's first name
• The following technology items must be accomplished and demonstrated to show completion of the project:

  Locate, copy and paste the URL of the website
  
  Save image from website to a specific folder as a .jpeg
  
  Use copy and paste feature

  Insert graphic

  Align text

  Formatting text (Bold, underline, italicize text)

  Use the Spelling Tool

• Create the web in Inspiration using the information listed above.  (Follow link for sample).
• Conduct research on country or specific location
• Create brochure using Microsoft Publisher

Oral Presentations will begin on Wednesday, March 14.
