Self Assessment Landform Vocabulary Interdisciplinary Connections

 

TASK:
Students will identify various landforms, their characteristics, distinguishing features and how they were formed.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Construct a model of 4 integrated landforms such as the plateau, meander, mountain, canyon, plain, valley, delta, and mouth.
  • Experiment with stream tables to learn how landforms are created.
  • Use a digital camera to photograph the landform model.
  • Create a slide in Power Point to become part of a class Power Point presentation.
  • Complete an on-line assessment.
